Electrical:
Beam power units are equipped with
110/120- or 220/230/240-volt by-pass
motors which are rated between 6 and 12
amps. Built-in circuit breaker protects from
overheating or power overload. 120V (240V
for Serenity® Plus model #2900); must be
grounded (earthed). A dedicated 15 amp
circuit is recommended for power unit wiring.
Check local codes but use not less than
14-3 wire. Plug power unit cord in appropriate
electrical outlet. The central vacuum system
is listed and approved by the appropriate
agencies for dry pick-up only.
Space:
12" from ceiling; 12" from adjacent wall;
